The activity starts from the parking of the port of the Morcuera, that after continue a little down the road, We find a track closed to traffic land a barrier to our left, where we divert. Here we turn left and, along the crags, We follow the road to climb to the small refuge Najarra, which it is about fifteen minutes from the hill. It is a small building from which we have a nice view to reaching Maliciosa. The road continues along the ridge of the mountain until we reached a plateau where we find the geodesic, stones placed above. Fifteen minutes from the shelter. From here we have a good view of the dam of Manzanares el Real, peñalara, the area of ​​the port of the Morcuera and some crags that are right and slightly below our position, in which some maps show as the former site of the geodesic.
