Ski mountaineering or more skimo is a discipline found within winter mountaineering and consisting of the rise and fall of snowy mountains with only the help of skis, without any mechanical propulsion.

The event will start with a refresher explanations about the theoretical and practical use, properties and curiosities of the material used for this.
