Course content:
- Interpretation and optimal reading of the sketches.
- Knowledge of the minimum material necessary per person and team.
- Dynamics used in the progression of a group.
- Assembly and disassembly of meetings on fixed anchors.
- Assurances and alternation in meetings.
- Descents and rappelling maneuvers.

1 day – 7 hours

To specify. Practical and theoretical sessions in different places in the Sierra de Guadarrama, according to conditions.

Location of activity and transportation
Different places in the Guadarrama mountain range (Patons, La Pedriza, Torrelodones...). Possibility of transportation to the activity area.
