Acquire with complete autonomy the management of basic safety and self-rescue maneuvers and actions to be able to intervene effectively and safely in a scalding accident or to be able to resolve unforeseen situations during our own sporting activity..
To complete this course efficiently and usefully, it is necessary to be familiar with rope handling.. Small group.

Wall Self Rescue Course – Level 1
Course content:
- Knowledge of the material used.
- Create a lightweight and effective wall kit.
- Learning the most important knots in addition to knowing how to select the most appropriate ones according to the required situation.
- Moving on fixed ropes with lucky means.
- Load transfers and passage of knots.
- Appropriate descent of an injured person.
- Progression and promotions of the injured.
- Possible assumptions in practical cases

Different places in the Guadarrama mountain range (Patons, La Pedriza, Torrelodones...). Possibility of transportation to the activity area.
