Route opened by the indomitable climber Julio Marina in the year 1975. This classic route runs through the wide and spectacular fissure that forms the left side of the gendarme. The first length consists of a lying bavaresa and the second an imposing, dark chimney. Once at the summit of the gendarme, we continue along “the Travesía de los Higinios”, a simple diagonal route that in a few meters will take us to the top blocks that form the entrance to the top of El Yelmo.
